One for the ladies! The adidas Women's 5K Challenge is a fun run for women of all ages taking place in Hyde Park, London. With over 17,000 women taking part the adidas Women's 5k Challenge is one of the biggest and best women-only fund runs in the UK.

Whether you are running for the first time, want to run a personal best or just want to walk the event Best Beginnings will help you.

Why not ask your mothers, daughters, sisters, friends and colleagues to join us too and all run together?

There are loads of benefits to running for Best Beginnings. You'll receive:
